This program is implemented through three components: Care Plan, Home Care Service, and Specialized Support and Care Services. Additionally, the program has a cross-cutting strategic action line of Community Management. The objective of the program is "to reduce the biopsychosocial vulnerability of the care dyad so that the person with functional dependency improves or maintains their level of functionality and their main caregiver reduces or maintains their burden." Its specific objectives are: Develop an intervention guide for access to services and benefits that reduce the biopsychosocial vulnerability of the care dyad.
