Job Summary: We are seeking a Part-Time CCTV Operator to ensure the store’s protection and operational continuity through strategic surveillance and preventive monitoring, detecting risks and triggering coordinated responses. For an important retail industry client, we are seeking a Part-Time CCTV Operator. **The Challenge / Mission**: Ensure the store’s protection and operational continuity through strategic surveillance and high-precision preventive monitoring. As a CCTV Operator, your role goes beyond watching a screen—you will serve as analytical eyes responsible for promptly identifying risks, thefts, and threats, and activating immediate, coordinated responses to guarantee a secure and integral environment for both staff and customers. **Your key responsibilities will include** * Continuously monitoring CCTV systems, alarms, and fire networks to anticipate risk patterns and prioritize simultaneous attention hotspots. * Promptly detecting suspicious behaviors, loss hotspots, and unauthorized entries in critical facility areas. * Coordinating and directing operational radio and telephone communications with precision, clearly conveying location and risk level to on-site teams during contingencies. * Analyzing system alerts and rapidly distinguishing real incidents from false alarms, rigorously executing established protocols. * Maintaining meticulous, traceable records of all daily incidents and access events, ensuring strict confidentiality of captured images and data. * Responding with full composure in complex situations, interacting respectfully and always safeguarding individuals’ fundamental rights. **What We Require From You** * **Mandatory Education:** Completed secondary education or technical\-vocational training. * **Certifications:** Valid CCTV Operator certificate (issued by an accredited Chilean body) and OS\-10 course for security guards. * **Location:** Residence in Linares and availability to work on-site. * **Foreign Applicants:** Permanent residency, valid Chilean ID card, and fluent Spanish (both oral and written). * **Experience:** Preferably 1 year in similar roles involving loss prevention and security monitoring. **What We Offer** * **Net Salary:** $271\.426 per month. * **Working Hours:** Part\-time, Saturdays and Sundays, from 08:00 to 20:00 hours.
