Main responsibilities: * Ensure operational continuity and optimize equipment involved in both information and operational technologies * Manage and resolve tickets (IT/OT solutions) * Provide support and supervision (ITO) for scheduled work carried out by vendors related to contracted services * Propose projects focused on improving operational systems at plant facilities * Deliver OT solutions according to on-site requirements or incidents * Provide support during site operational installations * Assist different areas of the on-site digital team * Ensure proper operation and lifecycle management of the following services: * CCTV * CCAA * Drones * Satellite phones * VHF radioserver systems * Printers * iPads * Mobile telephony * IT/OT inventories **Knowledge and experience** * Knowledge of communication networks * Experience with Scada systems * Server administration knowledge * Intermediate-level technical English proficiency **Specific skills** * CCNA certification * Office software proficiency Class B driver's license (5 years of validity) **Working hours:** Monday to Friday.
