Graduate professional in one of the following fields: * Social Work * Social Service At least **2 years of proven experience in community work** in the field is required. Main responsibilities: * Conduct **4 monthly field visits** to address social issues related to project implementation. * Support the connection between the company, communities, and other stakeholders. * Prepare social reports and community management reports. * Identify relevant social needs and properly channel them. * Accompany participatory processes or social interventions linked to the project. Requirements: * Professional training in Social Work or Social Service. * 2 years of proven experience in field-based community work. * Ability to interact with diverse groups of interest. * Capacity to write technical social reports. * Availability to conduct in-person field visits (4 times per month).
