The primary mission of the Integrated Executive is to execute commercial actions focused on selling personal banking products and services, advising customers on the use of digital and self-service channels, with the objective of contributing to a memorable service experience and enabling agile resolution of customer needs—thereby achieving both business unit and individual commercial goals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: * Execute commercial onboarding of customers via digital channels. * Digitally educate and train customers throughout their journey of purchasing commercial products and servicing. * Advise customers on available financial products based on their specific needs. * Refer customers to specialized departments and defined self-service channels according to their needs (Investments, Private Site Chat, Insurance, Mortgage). * Manage assigned campaigns for selling various financial products (Consumer Loans, Current Account Plans, Risk and Collections, Mortgage Loans). To succeed in this position, you need: * A degree in a field related to finance. * At least one year of experience in a commercial area involving portfolio management and financial services, along with customer service responsibilities. * Knowledge of internal policies and external regulations. * Familiarity with digital channels and digital sales advisory. * Knowledge of financial products targeted at the individual segment. * Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
