Trainer for phone brand. **Conditions:** * Working hours: Art 22 with weekend availability if required. * Contract: Fixed term with possibility of extension based on performance. **Responsibilities:** * Keep the sales force trained * Confirm training sessions (Agenda). \- Ensure materials (Data \- Pc \- Equipment) * Ensure training of the sales force in their assigned area * Evaluate and deliver scores to sales force * Keep trainings up to date at PDVs in their zones. * Update and maintain commercial information. * Keep training materials updated * Provide feedback on conducted sessions with photographs * Provide feedback on inductions conducted with photographs * Pre-tests to assess promoter level * Conduct full portfolio induction * Conduct post-training evaluations to measure delivered content * Deliver evaluation results to Master Trainer via Drive * Follow-up on promoter development in their zone * In-class trainings across different channels of their account * Development of multimedia content * Update assigned zones and accounts * Active participation in the Brand's social media networks **Requirements:** * 2 years of experience as a trainer, ideally in technology or telecommunications. * Exceptional communication skills. * Problem-solving focus. * Proactive and results-oriented attitude. * Studies related to design, marketing, or creative fields. * Basic Excel proficiency * Basic English proficiency. * Retail experience. * Own transportation (ideal)
