Your primary objective will be to lead and comprehensively manage (end\-to\-end) investment projects—from conception through commissioning—ensuring compliance with safety, quality, cost, and timeline standards, aligned with Nestlé’s principles and regulations. **A Day in the Life of…** * Lead engineering projects from initial concept through start\-up and final handover. * Design technical solutions considering safety, quality, and hygienic design standards. * Manage suppliers and contractors, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality, and performance. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (internal and external), influencing without direct authority. * Manage CAPEX budgets, controlling costs, risks, and variances. * Collaborate closely with key areas such as Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Safety. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and corporate standards at every project phase. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in production processes. **What Will Make You Successful** * Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Civil-Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 5 years’ experience managing industrial projects (ideally in food manufacturing). * Experience managing end\-to\-end projects (PMI or equivalent). * Knowledge of hygienic design and industrial safety standards. * Experience managing suppliers and contractors. * Advanced conversational English (mandatory). * Strong leadership and influence capabilities within teams without direct reporting lines. * Dynamic, structured, results-oriented profile with strong focus on continuous improvement.
