Currently, for our expansion in Chile, we are looking for a highly motivated **Store Opening Project Coordinator Architect** to join our retail team. This role is essential for planning, coordinating, and supervising the opening of new stores in shopping centers, ensuring quality standards, deadlines, and budgets are met. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate store opening projects from design to inauguration. * Supervise multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, contractors). * Review drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation. * Ensure compliance with local regulations and retail quality standards. * Monitor budgets, schedules, and mitigate risks. * Maintain communication with shopping centers, local authorities, and internal teams. * Coordinate tenders and selection of contractors and suppliers. * Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress. * Prepare progress reports and present updates to management. * Promote sustainable and innovative solutions. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Architecture. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in coordinating retail store openings. * Knowledge of urban and construction regulations in Chile. * Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or similar. * Strong leadership, project management, and effective communication skills. * Availability to travel within the country. **Are you passionate about retail and expansion challenges?** Apply now and become part of a constantly growing team!
