Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for the Accounting team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial information and actively participating in accounting closings. We are looking for a candidate to join the Accounting team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information, actively participating in accounting closings, reconciliations, financial reporting, and continuous improvement of accounting processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and develop the portfolio of importers and distributors for assigned markets; * Define and implement commercial plans focused on sales growth and profitability; * Identify business opportunities and deploy commercial strategies aligned with market needs; * Lead negotiations with parts and after-sales departments of strategic customers; * Monitor commercial KPIs related to sales, profitability, coverage, inventory turnover, and product mix; * Coordinate initiatives with internal departments such as logistics, marketing, quality, and product; * Drive new business initiatives linked to the aftermarket channel and circular economy; * Conduct periodic visits and represent the company before customers and strategic partners. **Requirements:** We expect you to have: * A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Knowledge of after-sales, parts, or aftermarket commercial operations; * Experience in B2B customer management and commercial development; * Analytical capability and results orientation; * Communication and negotiation skills; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
