Key responsibilities include: * Forecast and analyze training needs (DNC) across various company departments. * Establish and manage operational relationships with training providers (OTEC) and OTICs. * Organize and manage the execution of training courses included in the training plan and their associated logistics. * Analyze and prepare KPI management reports (coverage and investment). * Advise on and manage all information required under current company regulations (certificates, records, bipartite committee, etc.). * Verify and evaluate the impact and satisfaction levels of training activities. * Coordinate and manage invoice payments and administrative process closures.
