Drive innovation and continuous improvement in IT. **IT Network Administrator** ----------------------------- ### **Job Objective** Lead and support the company's Technological Platform management, ensuring proper operation of servers, databases, operating systems, web and cloud environments (Azure \+ M365\), as well as safeguarding cybersecurity and operational continuity of business processes. Expected to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the area. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and manage contracts with outsourced IT service providers. * Define maintenance and platform monitoring policies. * Manage technological changes and action plans to ensure operational continuity. * Administer IT operations and communications services, guaranteeing SLA compliance. * Supervise procurement of software, hardware, and services, maintaining up-to-date inventories. * Establish and monitor departmental KPIs. * Lead Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) activities. ### **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience managing Technological Platform areas. * Knowledge of: * LAN/WAN networks and telecommunications. * Microsoft platforms (On-Premises and Cloud). * Virtualization and operating systems. * MS SQL databases. * Cybersecurity and information security. * Best practices in IT governance. ### **Key Competencies** * Autonomy and problem-solving ability. * Leadership and effective communication. * Orientation toward internal and external customers. * Ability to work under pressure. * Information analysis and management. **Conditions** --------------- **Location:** San Bernardo, Santiago, Chile **Contract:** Fixed-term (30/60 days) with potential conversion to indefinite term **Offered Salary:** CLP $1\.500\.000 – $2\.000\.000 approx. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30 hrs. **Benefits:** Meal voucher
