Job Summary: Manages, maintains, and oversees the technological infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, and ensuring IT security. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of technological infrastructure, servers, and networks. 2. Technical problem diagnosis and resolution in IT. 3. Implementation of security measures and backup management. Responsibilities: Administer, maintain, and monitor the organization's technological infrastructure. Manage servers, networks, storage systems, and IT equipment. Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and operating systems. Monitor performance, availability, and capacity of the technological infrastructure. Diagnose and resolve incidents related to servers, networks, systems, and IT services. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to technological resources. Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and information. Manage backups, data recovery, and business continuity plans. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure. Document configurations, procedures, incidents, and changes performed. Evaluate new technologies and propose improvements to optimize IT infrastructure. Coordinate with external vendors and other technical teams as needed. Requirements: Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Experience in IT infrastructure, server, and network administration. Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, and storage. Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and network services. Experience with infrastructure monitoring, backup, and management tools. Basic or intermediate knowledge of cybersecurity. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. Salary: $3\.100 per month Work Location: On-site employment
