Responsibilities: * Manage the construction of renewable energy EPC projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, regulations, and Ferrovial’s QHSE management systems and standards. * Manage resources required to meet project timelines without exceeding scope, schedule, or budget. * Lead financial control of projects (monitoring, monthly closings, invoicing, etc.). * Prepare and present periodic project progress reports. * Manage national and international clients, attending follow-up meetings. * Lead and coordinate activities across departments involved in the project: engineering, procurement, construction, quality, H\&S… * Oversee contractor, supplier, and subcontractor management (e.g., purchase plan tracking, supply logistics, etc.). * Manage the site team to ensure appropriate performance. * Develop and implement acceleration plans to meet committed deadlines. * Conduct weekly site visits to monitor project progress. * Collaborate with the O\&M team during handover of completed projects. * Conduct project close-out, analyzing all areas for improvement and lessons learned. * Comply with the company’s environmental, quality, and occupational health and safety policies, as well as specific project requirements. Requirements: * Engineering degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) (PMP certification, Master’s in Renewable Energy, or Occupational Risk Prevention training are desirable). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles managing renewable energy projects. * Familiarity with MS Project, AutoCAD, and PVSyst is desirable. * Minimum English proficiency level: B2. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and interfacing with clients. * Extensive experience in construction cost and schedule control, as well as personnel performance monitoring. * Experience negotiating construction contracts. * National travel availability is required; international travel availability is desirable. **Seize the challenge.
