This role places strong emphasis on operational optimization and technology integration to enhance productivity and elevate safety and sustainability standards across operations. **Primary Challenge** Modernize and improve the efficiency of net and diving operations by integrating technological solutions that minimize risks and intervention times, while simultaneously strengthening planning and management control systems. This requires strategic vision, on\-site leadership, and the ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders — from net workshops to diving contractors and marine logistics providers. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and coordinate the annual net operation planning. * Implement technological solutions and efficient procedures to increase operational traceability. * Directly supervise field operations, ensuring compliance with protocols, safety standards, and service quality. * Manage and evaluate suppliers and contractors within the area, guaranteeing performance levels aligned with internal policies. * Propose and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and sustainability. ### **Job Requirements** ‍ Professional Profile Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Fisheries Engineering, Aquaculture, or a related field. Minimum five years’ experience leading operations, net, or infrastructure areas in production environments. Proven experience in team leadership and contractor management. Proficiency in planning tools, data analysis, and management control (advanced Excel or similar software). Class B driver’s license and willingness to work on site.
