Key Responsibilities * **Infrastructure as Code (IaC):** Maintain and evolve our cloud architecture using Terraform and CloudFormation. Ensure consistency, security, and scalability across all environments. * **End-to-End CI/CD:** Lead the design and deployment of modern automated delivery pipelines—from code commit to highly available production releases. * **System Reliability and Monitoring:** Don’t just guess system status—track performance, uptime, and latency using continuous monitoring tools to proactively resolve issues. * **Collaboration and Automation:** Work alongside developers to containerize applications (Docker, Kubernetes) and eliminate friction across the entire software development lifecycle. * **Security and Optimization:** Implement cloud security best practices, access management, and cost-optimization strategies—without compromising application speed. What We’re Looking For * **Experience:** 2+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or Systems Engineer role managing modern cloud environments. * **Proven Track Record:** Demonstrated ability to build robust CI/CD pipelines, automate complex deployments, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues in real-world scenarios. * **Tools:** Proficiency in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins). * **Languages:** Spanish (fluent/native) for daily communication within our Santiago team. English (intermediate/B2+) for technical documentation and cloud resources. * **Mindset:** You’re pragmatic—you know how to balance strict security standards with rapid software delivery. Salary: $1.800.000 – $2.600.000 per month Work Location: Hybrid in Santiago de Chile, Región Metropolitana
