You, too, can contribute here. **Job Responsibilities:** * Position: Support Professional * Unit: Press and Digital Media * Location: Central Office (Santiago) * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. * Work Modality: In-person * Vacancy Type: Project-based OBJECTIVE Support unit operations by implementing the Institution’s communications plan across digital and journalistic media, designing, disseminating, evaluating, and advising on communication strategies for Integra Foundation’s National and Regional Directorates, thereby contributing to the Institution’s positioning and reputation management as the national benchmark for public, free, and high-quality early childhood education. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage, monitor, and evaluate institutional communication strategies implemented in press, web, and digital media to analyze their impact on target audiences and inform subsequent decision-making. * Develop press releases for external media outlets highlighting the importance of early childhood education, aiming to positively position the Institution in the perception of target audiences. * Monitor and analyze content published by the Institution on digital media by evaluating and tracking metrics related to target audience behavior toward such publications, in order to measure the communication impact of Integra Foundation’s activities and support decision-making. REQUIREMENTS 1. Professional degree in Journalism from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. 2. Postgraduate training or a diploma in Strategic Communication is desirable. **3. Professional experience:** three (3) years (calculated from degree completion). **4. Experience in a similar role:** two (2) years. **5. Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficiency in writing and spelling * Familiarity with desktop and mobile audiovisual editing software * Knowledge of Digital Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress) * Knowledge and proficiency in social media management * Knowledge and proficiency in media relations management * Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level) * Crisis communication management knowledge and skills are desirable. 7.
