**Important environmental and civil works company is seeking to incorporate a Geomatics Surveyor into its team for a project in the city of Viña del Mar.** **Position objective:** Carry out surveys, measurements, and topographic controls throughout all project stages, ensuring accuracy in positioning, alignment, leveling, and volume determination, in compliance with technical drawings and specifications. **Main responsibilities:** * Conduct topographic surveys using total station, GPS, levels, or other instruments. * Define land boundaries and mark locations of structures, roads, and works according to project plans. * Stake out construction elements: foundations, street axes, structures, among others. * Monitor potential ground deformations or settlements. * Calculate excavation and fill volumes for material and cost control. * Control alignments, slopes, and leveling according to established tolerances. * Prepare technical drawings and reports with measurement results and progress updates. * Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and field supervisors. * Verify geographical conditions of the terrain to prevent structural risks. **Position conditions:** * **Schedule:** Full time (Monday to Friday), with possibility of overtime depending on project requirements. * **Location:** Worksite in **Viña del Mar**. * **Estimated start date:** August or September 2025\. **We are looking for methodical individuals with a focus on precision, ability to work in the field, and high commitment to technical quality.**
