We are currently seeking a Technical Construction Inspector to work in a correctional facility. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and verify infrastructure, standard equipment, and safety systems, ensuring their proper implementation and operation. * Execute inspection plans related to the Densificación 140 projects. * Implement and monitor personnel, quality, and risk prevention policies established by the Operator. * Monitor and optimize costs associated with the design and construction of works. * Prepare technical reports and ensure timely delivery of information to management. * Maintain a smooth and professional relationship with the client, guaranteeing compliance with quality and safety regulations during maintenance and repair activities. * Perform additional tasks as required by operational needs and instructions from superiors. **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Construction, with prior work experience demonstrating proficiency in job requirements. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Proficient computer user skills in the following programs: Excel, Word, MS Project, PowerPoint, AutoCAD. **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday. **Benefits** * Supplementary insurance. * Compensation fund. * Holiday bonuses on public holidays. * Provision of breakfast and lunch.
