Responsible for leading the operator team in their daily activities through assignment of responsibilities, task supervision, and resolution of various conflicts and/or process deviations via data analysis and requirement management; also responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by supervising the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) within the team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct task assignments and shift-start meetings with assigned personnel to ensure that account-specific area processes (receiving, put-away, auditing, shipping, installation, de-installation, stock, etc.) are carried out in accordance with corporate and client guidelines. * Verify through inspections and audits that area processes (receiving, put-away, auditing, shipping, installation, de-installation, stock, etc.) comply with internal and client-defined quality standards. * Manage requirements by fulfilling and reviewing request tickets to ensure proper customer service. * Develop solutions to area process deviations based on investigation and data analysis. * Ensure achievement of company- and client-specified performance indicators for each area. * Promote a culture of health and safety by adhering to protocols that foster a safe workplace. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum two years of experience in operational team supervision roles within the logistics sector. * Advanced Excel proficiency required (pivot tables and formulas). * Intermediate English desirable. * SAP proficiency desirable. * Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). **GXO Logistics** is an equal opportunity employer for candidates seeking to join our team.
