This role is essential for ensuring the correct execution of civil works, serving as a link between topographic planning and on-site construction operations. Specific responsibilities of the Foreman position \- Execute layout for foundations, structures, pavements, and general civil works elements. \- Control excavation, backfilling, and reinforcement elevations prior to concrete pouring. \- Survey roadworks (roadway centerlines, curbs, shoulders, slopes). \- Install temporary and permanent reference points (monuments, stakes, strings, paint marks). \- Continuously verify that construction progress aligns with parameters established in drawings and specifications. \- Prepare daily reports of performed surveys and field observations.
