We are seeking a Biogas Supervisor with experience in calibration of standard gases and thermofusion welding. Your role will involve supervising and ensuring the quality of biogas production processes, guaranteeing that all equipment operates optimally. You must have a solid understanding of calibration techniques and thermofusion welding, and be able to perform adjustments and preventive maintenance on measurement and production equipment. * Lead and coordinate the execution of activities related to the biogas management system. * Monitor the availability and condition of equipment associated with the activity. * Supervise and track operating hours of equipment related to the biogas management system. * Prepare reports on the performance of equipment related to biogas management system operations. * Report and provide solutions for any issues arising during plant operations and in the collection network. * Maintain biogas management system operations according to objectives specified in the RCA, approved projects, or as directed by your direct supervisor. * Analyze data obtained from the flare plant and the biogas collection network. * Generate corresponding reports on system operation and monitoring as established in the RCA, approved projects, or as directed by your direct supervisor. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of the biogas flare plant and collection network. * Perform periodic calibration of fixed and portable analyzers. Supervise construction work of the biogas system in accordance with approved engineering projects. Your ability to efficiently analyze data and solve technical problems will be essential to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in operations. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with various teams to ensure processes proceed without interruption and in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Previous experience in a similar environment is required, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
