Job Summary: We are seeking a Menu and Data Engineer to lead the development and optimization of menus and recipes, ensuring nutritional and operational standards. Key Highlights: 1. Aramark Chile, a leading U.S.-based multinational in food and facilities services with operations in 19 countries and over 25,000 employees nationwide, is looking for a **Menu and Data Engineer (Data Engineer)** to join our Finance & Supply Management team. The purpose of this role is to lead the development, optimization, and technical validation of menus and recipes using technological tools, data analytics, and food engineering principles—ensuring compliance with nutritional, operational, economic, and contractual standards—and contributing to efficient and scalable planning across all operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and optimize menus and recipes considering nutritional, operational, economic, and production variables. * Define and maintain technical specifications, portion sizes, yield rates, and production parameters. * Evaluate opportunities for standardization and simplification of recipes to improve plant productivity. * Participate in the development of new products and preparations. * Manage and ensure the quality of information related to recipes, ingredients, nutritional tables, and costs within corporate systems. * Participate in the design and implementation of technological solutions for menu planning. * Collaborate in the training and validation of Artificial Intelligence models for menu generation and optimization. * Analyze large volumes of data to identify improvement opportunities in costs, productivity, raw material utilization, and operational performance. * Generate KPIs and analyses to support business decision-making. **Requirements** * University degree in Food Engineering or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial food production, collective catering, or the food industry. * Proficiency in ERP systems and technological platforms. * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to business processes. * Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel. * Experience in data analysis and KPI generation. * Ability to manage data quality, integrity, and availability. **Key Competencies** * Structured and analytical thinking. * Quality and accuracy orientation. * Collaborative teamwork ability. * Proactivity in solving technical problems. * Effective communication. * Innovation and continuous improvement. * Systemic business perspective. * Technological adaptability. **Location:** Plants located in Lampa \& Huechuraba. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, administrative hours.
