" **Purpose:** Contribute to the overall success of the Risk and Capital Models team within the Retail Risk Division by ensuring that specific individual objectives, plans, and initiatives are executed or fulfilled in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable internal standards, policies, and procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen customer relationships and leverage the Bank’s extensive relationships, systems, and expertise. * Support the implementation of parent company methodologies (e.g., IFRS9, Stress Testing) into local provision models. * Monitor credit portfolios across various stages: current, delinquent, overdue, restructured, and written-off; and produce reports reflecting such status. * Support the integration of provision modeling methodologies across different areas of Retail Risk (e.g., collections, campaigns, policies, capital). * Monitor credit portfolios across various stages: current, delinquent, overdue, restructured, and written-off; and produce reports reflecting such status. * Generate periodic sufficiency testing reports for provisions. * Understand the Bank’s risk culture and how risk appetite must be considered in daily activities and decisions. * Actively conduct effective and efficient operations within respective areas, while ensuring the suitability, compliance, and effectiveness of daily business controls to meet obligations aimed at mitigating operational risk, regulatory non-compliance risk, money laundering and terrorist financing risk, and conduct risk—including responsibilities established under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, International Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Manual, and Business Conduct Guidelines. * Foster a high-performance environment by leading talent attraction, development, and retention, with focus on inclusion, succession planning, and strategic alignment. **Requirements:** * Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. * Professional with at least 3 years of experience in roles involving data analysis and building or monitoring statistical models within the financial industry. * Knowledge of predictive risk models, time series, and mathematical statistics. * Intermediate proficiency in statistical software and SQL databases. * Familiarity with Financial Market Commission regulations regarding provisioning methodologies and IFRS9 standards.
