Job Description WGP2 Technology Group is seeking a **Senior Software Delivery Manager** to lead the delivery of software projects and products. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating engineering, product, and other functional teams to ensure high-quality deliveries, on-time execution, and effective risk and priority management. Key Responsibilities * Lead software project and product delivery from initiation to closure. * Coordinate engineering, QA, product, design, and DevOps teams. * Manage scope, schedules, resources, budget, and priorities. * Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and key milestones. * Ensure quality standards and adherence to delivery deadlines. * Facilitate Agile, Scrum, and sprint planning processes. * Coordinate product releases, implementations, and enhancements. * Manage technology vendors and partners as required. * Maintain communication with clients, stakeholders, and executive teams. * Monitor delivery KPIs, productivity, quality, and satisfaction metrics. * Prepare executive reports on progress, risks, and outcomes. * Drive continuous improvement in development and delivery processes. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience in software delivery, project management, or technical leadership. * Experience leading technical teams and software development projects. * Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and the software development lifecycle. * Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Git, or similar tools. * Understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD, and modern development methodologies. * Strong budgeting, planning, KPI tracking, and risk management skills. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. * Strategic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. * Advanced English proficiency. * PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certification is a plus.
