This position combines technical and commercial tasks, representing a significant opportunity for professional growth, since as operations stabilize, the individual may assume branch management responsibilities. Main Responsibilities ? Execute pest control treatments, fumigations, rodent control, sanitizations, and disinfections, complying with company technical and safety standards. ? Plan, coordinate, and record field applications. ? Conduct commercial visits and prospect new clients on-site (companies, restaurants, industries, residences, etc.). Must possess commercial vision. ? Prepare and send quotations and budgets to potential clients. ? Participate in sales meetings, customer follow-ups, and expansion strategies together with the company owner. ? Maintain smooth communication with the central team and report operational and commercial progress. REQUIREMENTS ? Previous experience in pest control, sanitation, or similar fields (ideal, but not mandatory). ? Administrative knowledge (proficiency in Excel, budget preparation, management and coordination skills). ? Valid class B driver's license. ? Own vehicle (required for the first stage of the project). ? Good personal presentation, communication skills, and customer orientation. ?
