We are currently looking for a Technical Support professional eager to grow both personally and professionally, with at least 1 year of experience in hardware-software support and customer service. **Objective of the Technician:** Diagnose, define, and repair software and hardware failures to ensure optimal performance and operational continuity of products (preventive and corrective maintenance, restoration, installation, and operating system configuration). Guaranteeing high-quality service delivery. **Main Responsibilities:** * Handling incidents and requests via phone, email, web, and in person. * Remote support. * On-site user support. **Minimum Requirements** **Minimum Education**: * Professional Institute or Technical Training Center. * Higher-level Technical degree in Computer Science or related field. **Knowledge:** Intermediate or advanced computing skills **Required Technical Skills:** * Intermediate or advanced computer skills. * Proficiency with office productivity tools, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). * Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting). * Basic networking and IP telephony support (preferably with experience on Cisco IP Phones). * Assembling, preventive maintenance, and repair of computers and printers (laser, inkjet, and multifunction devices). * Configuration and setup of networked printers, both locally and over IP. * Creation, installation, and deployment of operating system images (using tools). * Experience with equipment migration processes and data backup. **Required Soft Skills:** * Strong communication skills and user orientation, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly and empathetically. * Proactive and responsible attitude, willing to work in teams and focused on effective problem resolution. * Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks while maintaining a collaborative and professional demeanor. **Working Hours:** TURNO 1: Monday to Wednesday 08:00 to 17:00, Thursday and Friday 08:00 to 16:00, Saturday 09:00 to 15:00 TURNO 2: Monday to Wednesday 08:00 to 17:00, Thursday and Friday 08:00 to 16:00, Saturday 08:00 to 14:00 TURNO 3: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00, Friday 08:00 to 16:00, Saturday 09:00 to 14:00 TURNO 4: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 18:00, Friday 08:00 to 17:00 TURNO 5: Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 19:00, Friday 10:00 to 19:00 TURNO 6: Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 20:00, Friday 11:00 to 20:00 **Offered Salary:** $740,000 net. **Physical Location:** * Av.
