Position Summary: We are seeking a Personal Data Protection Analyst with experience in privacy, compliance, and risk management to implement Law No. 21.719 in Chile. Key Highlights: 1. Personal Data Protection Analyst At **PS Grupo Hunting**, we are looking for a **Personal Data Protection Analyst**, with experience in **privacy, compliance, and risk management**, to actively participate in projects aligning with the **Chilean Personal Data Protection Law No. 21\.719**. We seek a profile strongly oriented toward **implementation and execution**, capable of transforming regulatory requirements into controls, procedures, action plans, and concrete organizational improvements. What will be your challenge? Participate in implementing the personal data protection compliance model, from **gap diagnosis and identification through execution and monitoring of remediation measures**. The position’s focus is to operationalize the regulation, working cross-functionally with Legal, Technology, Information Security, Compliance, Human Resources, and Business Processes. Main Responsibilities * Conduct diagnostics and **GAP Analysis** for personal data protection. * Identify, assess, and prioritize compliance gaps. * Develop and manage **risk matrices and risk maps**. * Evaluate existing controls and propose improvements. * Implement **data protection and privacy measures and controls**. * Translate the requirements of **Law No. 21\.719** into concrete actions, procedures, and controls. * Develop and monitor **action plans and remediation roadmaps**. * Support implementation of policies, procedures, records, and compliance documentation. * Coordinate initiatives across involved departments. * Monitor implemented measures and maintain corresponding **compliance evidence**. Essential Requirements * Demonstrable experience in **personal data protection, privacy, risk management, and/or compliance**. * Practical experience in **implementing data protection measures**, beyond regulatory interpretation or advisory work. * Experience conducting **GAP Analysis and gap identification**. * Proficiency in **risk matrices, control evaluation, and action planning**. * Solid and applied knowledge of **Law No. 21\.719**. * **ISO/IEC 27001 certification.** * Practical knowledge of **ISO/IEC 27002**. * Experience monitoring and prioritizing implementation initiatives.
