Position Summary: Execute and control accounting processes, ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation, and analysis of financial information, while guaranteeing compliance with applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage processes related to sales and collections, supplier payments 2. Participate in monthly accounting closings and preparation of financial reports 3. Perform account reconciliations and analysis The primary objective is to execute and control various accounting processes, ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation, and analysis of the company's financial information. Core responsibilities include account reconciliation and analysis; management of processes related to sales and collections, supplier payments, reconciliations (sales and credits), administration of expense reimbursements, petty cash, and professional fees; participation in monthly accounting closings; support in preparing financial reports; and analysis of information for decision-making, all while ensuring compliance with current policies, procedures, and regulations.
