Currently, we are seeking a **Head of Security** to join the Operations Directorate in a permanent position. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 39 hours per week. **Position Objective:** Plan, lead, and oversee the clinic’s security operations through risk management, team supervision, and implementation of security protocols and systems, ensuring the safety and integrity of patients, staff, visitors, and infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and a secure environment for healthcare delivery. **Position Responsibilities:** Supervise, coordinate, and organize security personnel shifts, ensuring 24/7 operational coverage. Continuously train and evaluate the team on security protocols, user service standards, and critical incident response. Promote a work environment grounded in respect, discipline, and service orientation. Identify, assess, and monitor security risks within the clinic. Design, implement, and update emergency contingency plans (e.g., fires, evacuations, critical events). Lead operational response to incidents, ensuring timely and coordinated action. Ensure the safety of patients, clinical, medical, and administrative staff, and visitors. Safeguard facilities, equipment, and sensitive information. Oversee the proper functioning of security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarms). Define and supervise access control protocols for the clinic, especially in critical areas (e.g., emergency departments, operating rooms, closed units). Ensure compliance with entry, stay, and movement policies within the premises. Ensure compliance with current private security regulations (including labor laws and subcontracting legislation). Supervise security-related contracts and outsourced services. Prepare security management reports and performance indicators to support decision-making. Certification from local authority preferred (e.g., OS10 in Chile). Minimum 3 years of experience in security leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare sector. Knowledge of risk management, private security regulations, CCTV/access control systems, subcontracting legislation, and Office tools.
