Main responsibilities: ?Maintain updated operational procedures, ETL flows and controls associated with the data lifecycle, safeguarding data quality, integrity and regulatory compliance. ?Generate and provide technical and data management reports required by the Deputy Management and Senior Management, supporting strategic decision-making. ?Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in data transmissions to the Pension Superintendency, IPS and other entities within established deadlines. ?Supervise the generation, validation and transmission of regulatory files and other mandatory reports. ?Advise various departments on the application of data governance policies, standards and best practices (DAMA). ?Lead the technical execution of the Data Governance framework, implementing the policies, roles and controls defined by the Deputy Management. ?Design and coordinate continuous improvements to the BDA (Affiliate Database), statistical tables and other critical repositories, ensuring integrity and consistency. ?Manage data quality and processes related to lineage, cataloging and access in corporate tools (Pentaho, Apache Atlas, Apache Ranger). ?Participate in regulatory or modernization initiatives promoted by the Pension Superintendency, ensuring compliance and traceability. ?Contribute to the preparation and delivery of the quarterly statement process, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness of information published to affiliates.
