The main objective of this position is to monitor and coordinate the transfer management of all patients—low-, medium-, and high-complexity—to comply with company protocols and service experience guidelines. The primary responsibility is to serve as the communication channel among Planning, Operations, Customer Service, and the Call Center departments. Shift: Fourth shift (08:00–20:00 \- 20:00–08:00 \- Off). **Requirements to be the ideal candidate:** * Technical degree in administration, logistics, or related field * At least 2 years of experience in logistics and/or administrative areas * Proficiency in computer use * Customer service skills * Preferably experience in transport coordination.
