This position is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating applicants to fill current and future vacancies. It promotes career development opportunities within the hotel and provides administrative support to the People and Culture Manager and Director. **Your Responsibilities Include** * Assist department heads in preparing for job openings, including completing job requisitions, job specifications, and job descriptions. * Administer and maintain the Applicant Tracking System. * Post available positions across multiple job boards to attract the most qualified candidates. * Develop creative and effective methods for selecting and hiring qualified candidates. * Review candidate resumes for qualifications; conduct telephone pre-screening interviews to assess candidates against required skill sets. * Ensure an optimal candidate hiring experience, maintain communication throughout the process, and positively represent the organization. * Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. * Conduct all initial interviews (telephone/in-person). * Coordinate interview appointments with Department Managers. * Perform reference checks and coordinate pre-employment screening with an external provider. * Coordinate and execute recruitment activities (networking, job posting, maintaining MOHG’s recruitment website). * Attend industry job fairs and college/university employment-related events as needed. * Generate offer letters for new colleagues. * Monitor the colleague referral program. * Partner with the Marketing Manager to identify trends that help expand social media recruitment efforts. **What We Expect From You** * Prior experience in recruitment. * Proactivity and initiative. * Basic/Intermediate English. * Orientation toward luxury service and customer service. **Our Commitment To You** * Complementary insurance. * Complimentary meals at the colleagues’ restaurant. * Uniform laundry service. * Colleague recognition and reward program. * Learning and Development program. * Wellness programs and social events. * Various discounts offered within the property. **We're Fans.
