We are looking for a person with maintenance knowledge and experience in civil works to work on the infrastructure of a shopping center, performing the following duties: \- Painting tasks \- Knowledge in welding \- Basic knowledge in plumbing \- Basic knowledge in electricity (changing light fixtures, outlets, conduits) Not mandatory \- Other related civil works tasks Requirements: \- Experience in general maintenance. \- Proactivity and problem-solving skills. \- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a team. \- Responsibility and commitment.
