We champion ethical AI, open‑source technologies, and sustainable cloud architectures. **Role Overview** We are looking for a **Cloud Engineer** to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructures for our clients. You will work closely with development, AI, and operations teams to deliver robust solutions on leading cloud platforms. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) that meet performance, cost, and security requirements. * Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM). * Develop CI/CD pipelines and integrate monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions. * Conduct security reviews, apply hardening best practices, and ensure compliance with data‑privacy regulations. * Optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency; produce regular cost‑analysis reports. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and development teams. * Participate in on‑call rotation and incident response for cloud‑related issues. * Stay current with emerging cloud services, trends, and best practices; evaluate new technologies for client projects. **Required Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). * **Experience:** 3–5 years of hands‑on experience designing, deploying, and managing cloud solutions in production environments. * **Cloud** **Platforms:** Proven expertise with at least one major provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP); certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or Google Cloud Professional are highly desirable. * **Infrastructure‑as‑Code:** Strong skills in Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, or similar tools. * **Scripting/Programming:** Proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or comparable languages for automation. * **Containers** **\&\*** Orchestration:\* Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE). * **CI/CD:** Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps pipelines. * **Security:** Knowledge of IAM, network security groups, encryption, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.). * **Monitoring:** Experience with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Azure Monitor. * **Communication:** Excellent Spanish and English writing and speaking skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. * **Problem‑Solving:** Strong analytical aptitude and a proactive, troubleshooting mindset. **Preferred Attributes** * Experience with AI/ML workloads and GPU‑enabled cloud instances. * Familiarity with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Google Cloud Functions). * Exposure to multi‑cloud or hybrid‑cloud environments. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly compensation (CLP 1,200 – CLP 2,500\) with performance‑based bonuses. * Opportunity to work on cutting‑edge projects for leading Latin American enterprises. * Professional development budget for certifications, conferences, and training. * Flexible work arrangements, health benefits, and a collaborative, ethical‑focused culture.
