Job Description We are seeking an **Operations Supervisor** to coordinate and supervise the daily activities of our operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in team management, process control, and a focus on continuous improvement, ensuring that each sales point operates with high standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities * **Daily operations supervision**: Monitor proper functioning of stores and internal processes. * **Team management**: Coordinate and motivate operational staff. * **Inventory control**: Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of supplies. * **Standards compliance**: Guarantee service and product quality. * **Process optimization**: Implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * **Management reporting**: Prepare periodic reports for management. Requirements * Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in operations supervision, preferably in retail, food, or beverage industries. * Knowledge of inventory management and process control. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to work on-site and flexibility with working hours.
