




Our client is a Chinese-origin NVOCC with global presence that will soon begin operations in Chile. As part of this expansion, they are seeking to hire **x2 Customer Service** professionals based in Santiago, who will contribute to developing an excellent service for their customers in the local market. Some of your responsibilities will include: * Managing and coordinating customer service processes, ensuring timely and efficient service to freight forwarders. * Being responsible for supporting the complete LCL shipment cycle, resolving operational inquiries, maintaining smooth communication with customers, and collaborating with internal sales and operations teams to ensure service continuity and quality. The ideal candidate should be a professional in International Trade, Transportation Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service roles within NVOCC or freight forwarding companies. The candidate must have the ability to manage operational requests and provide quick solutions to issues, as well as possess strong knowledge of maritime documentation and international logistics coordination. Additionally, the candidate must be capable of generating and coordinating full operations, from coordination with the shipper at origin to post-departure service.
