Position: Supervisor/a \- Faena Sierra Gorda Purpose of the position: Supervise and verify the safety of each field worker, while coordinating and planning tasks to be carried out by personnel to achieve set objectives regarding component fulfillment and delivery, supporting each worker in carrying out their duties in order to prevent setbacks in scheduling. Functions: Supervise and verify the identification of defects and failures in P\&H equipment, in order to identify the occurring failure. Manage and control the execution of the P\&H equipment maintenance plan, in order to contribute to maintenance scheduling. Develop and analyze improvement plans for P\&H equipment, in order to evaluate equipment systems during maintenance. Execute and manage P\&H equipment maintenance activities, in order to resolve unexpected maintenance issues. Identify and control risks associated with P\&H equipment maintenance operations, in order to prevent accidents during maintenance. Execute and ensure implementation of the maintenance plan, in order to contribute to maintenance scheduling. Manage and develop employee development plans to ensure promotions based on PDC. Know, disseminate, and comply with the Company's general Policies, Standards, and Procedures, especially those related to Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment. **Desired Profile** ------------------ Requirements: Mechanical \- Electrical \- Automation Engineering. At least 2 years of experience leading teams. Knowledge in P\&H (not exclusive). Proficiency in SAP and Power By. Knowledge of Mechanical / Hydraulic / Pneumatic Systems. Interpretation of Drawings / Metrology / Machines / Tools. Computer proficiency at user level. Intermediate oral and written English.
