




Replacement Coordinator Nurse **Location:** Talagante, CL, 9670513 **Date:** 23 Oct. 2025 **Shift:** **Type of work:** On-site **Part-time / Full-time:** Full-time At Diaverum, our mission is to improve the quality of life for our renal patients. We operate 19 dialysis centers across various regions of Chile. We are currently seeking a Replacement Coordinator Nurse for our Diaverum Talagante team, covering pre- and post-natal leave. Responsibilities: * Know, comply with, and ensure staff under supervision adhere to regulations established by national authorities * Attend meetings and/or training sessions as required by the company * Conduct patient intake interviews * Conduct interviews for personnel who may join the team * Develop scheduling programs for patients and staff * Supervise compliance and implementation of processes, standards, and procedures established by FONASA and SEREMI * Hold monthly meetings with the Medical Director to evaluate and coordinate patient treatment and unit operations * Coordinate the healthcare-associated infections (IAAS) surveillance program * Supervise the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and replenish when necessary * Coordinate patient admissions and discharges * Assign physicians, clinical nurses, nursing technicians, and trained support assistants to guide, train, and educate untrained personnel in dialysis during any induction process * Coordinate ongoing training for supervised staff * Approve monthly billing for services rendered * Approve payroll processing for contracted and fee-based staff * Approve leave and vacation requests while ensuring the unit operates safely and efficiently * Prepare any reports requested by the Area Manager, National Nursing Coordinator, or Support team * Conduct performance evaluations Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of verifiable dialysis experience (with postgraduate studies completed at state-recognized universities or experience in a dialysis center). Mandatory 2. Training in Healthcare-Associated Infections (IAAS), 80 or 120 hours 3. Training in Health Quality Management (Mandatory) 4.
