We are currently looking for a *Middleware Operations Engineer* eager to take on new challenges. **Responsibilities** * **Support and operational management** of systems and services in production, according to operational requirements and service agreements. * Act as a **subject matter expert**, collaborating with and leading the team to ensure effective performance. * **Make key decisions** for the team and participate in strategic decisions involving multiple teams. * Provide **solutions to complex problems** both within the immediate team and across related teams. **Required Skills** * **Advanced expertise in JBOSS Administration**. * **Advanced expertise in Apache Tomcat Application Deployment**. * **Advanced expertise in Middleware**. * Solid knowledge of: WAS, IHS, IIS, Weblogic, Apache, JBoss, MQ. * Between **6 and 10 years of experience** in similar roles. **Nice to Have** * Experience in high availability and scalability environments. * Familiarity with security and compliance practices in middleware. * Ability to lead technical decisions and collaborate with multiple teams. **What skills do you need for this challenge?
