Discover our opening for DATA STRATEGY SPECIALIST **Job Responsibilities:** * Consolidate and maintain the master data portfolio plan (schedules, dependencies, milestones) and the OKR/KPI control dashboard. * Prepare periodic executive reports, early warnings, and escalation of risks/blockers. * Coordinate activities with business units/cells (Chile and Peru), organize forums, meeting minutes, and follow-up on agreements. * Support budgetary and contractual management: requirement gathering, tracking, consumption/license control, and basic support to FinOps alongside IT. * Promote data literacy and self-service: schedule trainings, prepare materials/guides, and measure adoption. * Document frameworks, templates, and playbooks; maintain updated repositories. * Support measuring the value of data products (defining metrics, baselines, and tracking with business). **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems, Economics/Administration Knowledge/Studies in Quantitative Methods or Business/Data Analytics Background in project management or PMO, analytics, and process improvement Minimum of 4 years in data programs, analytics, digital transformation, or strategic management Experience in digital/data-driven transformation programs Adoption of Data Mesh, data literacy, and change management Proficiency in agile methodologies, portfolio management, and OKRs Solid knowledge of cloud platforms and BI **Offer Conditions:** **Benefits:** * Remote work * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Training and courses * Educational subsidy * Product discounts * Performance bonus
