Check out our vacancy for DATA STRATEGIST SPECIALIST * Consolidate and maintain the master plan of the data portfolio (timelines, dependencies, milestones) and the OKRs/KPIs dashboard. * Prepare periodic executive reports, early warnings, and risk/blocker escalations. * Coordinate activities with business cells/units (Chile and Peru), organize forums, meeting minutes, and follow-up on agreements. * Support budgetary and contractual management: requirement gathering, follow-ups, consumption/license control, basic support to FinOps together with IT. * Promote data literacy and self-service: schedule trainings, prepare materials/guides, and measure adoption. * Document frameworks, templates, and playbooks; maintain updated repositories. * Support measurement of data product value (definition of metrics, baseline, and business follow-up). Requirements **Candidate** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems, Economics/Administration + Knowledge or studies in Quantitative Methods or Business/Data Analytics + Background in project management or PMO, analytics, and process improvement + Minimum 4 years of experience in data programs, analytics, digital transformation, or strategic management + Experience in digital/data-driven transformation programs + Adoption of Data Mesh, data literacy, and change management + Proficiency in agile methodologies, portfolio management, and OKRs + Solid knowledge of cloud and BI platforms This opportunity is suitable for persons with disabilities.
