Your main objective will be to ensure the correct, timely, and accurate issuance of tax documents, as well as credit control and customer collections management, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, internal policies, and payment deadlines. Your mission is to directly contribute to the company's financial order and cash flow, providing administrative efficiency, rigorous control, and excellence in internal and external service. What you will do: * Lead the electronic billing process for Lureye Arriendos (leasing, used equipment sales, services, and credit notes). * Manage and supervise the credit control and collections cycle. * Coordinate the review and validation of Payment Status Reports (EDP) with customers, operations, and field service. * Monitor pending periods, credit notes, and invoicing. * Actively participate in the Credit and Collections (C\&C) assurance meeting and guarantee management. * Drive continuous improvements in billing processes and support the automated EDP system development together with IT. * Represent the unit to customers and external entities on billing and collection matters. * Lead and supervise all activities related to the management of Safety, Health at Work, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ), ensuring their proper implementation across all areas under responsibility. ✅Key Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, finance, and/or billing, relevant to the position. * Professional education in Business Administration, Accounting Technician, Accountant, Commercial Engineering, or Management Control Engineering. * Basic knowledge of databases, BPMN, and BI software. * Intermediate level in MS Office (focus on Excel), ERP, CRM (desirable: SAP – ODOO). * Work location: Maipú (near mall plaza oeste). * Availability to work under pre- and post-natal contracts. * Schedule: Monday to Thursday 07:45 to 17:30 hrs., Friday 07:45 to 16:30 hrs.
