**PAVIMENTOS URBANOS LTDA**, a company specialized in urban development and paving projects, is currently seeking a **Surveyor** to join on a fixed-term contract. What are we looking for? **Qualified Professional in:** * Surveying or related field. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in topographic surveys, layout marking, and field verifications, with work experience in urban development, sewerage systems, paving, stormwater drainage, concrete, and asphalt. * Class B driver's license **Main responsibilities:** * Responsible for topographic surveys, land leveling, and construction measurements, ensuring efficiency and quality in paving, urban development, sewerage, concrete, asphalt, and stormwater projects located within the metropolitan region. * Accurately define work site boundaries and conduct periodic inspections to ensure construction complies with project plans, technical specifications, and deadlines. * Verify and control layout points, alignments, elevations, and levels. * Support engineering and construction teams with accurate georeferenced data. * Ensure traceability and backup of collected data. * Ensure proper use and maintenance of surveying equipment and assigned resources. * Perform any similar tasks as requested by supervisors. **Skills:** * Effective communication * Adaptability * Conflict resolution * Teamwork * Technical skills **Work location:** Active construction sites (Maipú commune, La Farfana area). **Working hours:** Onsite, Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 18:00 hrs, Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs.
