Role objective: Ensure operational continuity and proper functioning of sales points by supervising assigned locations, managing work teams, and guaranteeing that each establishment operates at 100% in terms of service, supply, and sales standards. Job responsibilities: ? Supervise various sales points within the RM. ? Ensure operational continuity and resolve incidents. ? Manage teams, shifts, and compliance with procedures. ? Request and control inventory at stores. ? Supervise store conditions and operations. ? Monitor and report daily sales. ? Implement operational improvements and ensure standards. ? Coordinate with logistics, supply, and operations. Requirements: ? Degree in Administration, Gastronomy, Operations, or related field. ? Experience supervising stores or sales points. ? Knowledge in inventory control and team management. ? Desirable: Valid class B driver's license. ? Availability to travel across different areas of the RM. Conditions: ?
