Ensuring facility functionality, maintaining properties in optimal condition, and safeguarding proper use of managed resources. ***Your main responsibilities will include:*** * Supervision of contractors regarding technical compliance, safety, and contractual obligations. * Management and monitoring of construction and maintenance projects. * On-site inspections to identify failures or issues. * Validation and closure of projects, reporting any non-compliance. * Administrative tasks and reporting, including quotations and general services. ***What we are looking for in you:*** * Higher Technical Education qualification. * Training in Electricity, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Construction, or related disciplines. * Minimum two years of relevant work experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of AUTOCAD. * SAP knowledge is desirable.
