Technology · Santiago de Chile · Hybrid **Do you want to be part of this new process?** A new vacancy is coming up in our team and it could be you! **What will your main mission be?** Ensure the quality and functionality of software products through meticulous and systematic testing, and contribute to the continuous improvement of software development and quality processes. **Main responsibilities:** * Design test plans and coverage matrices. * Design and document processes and systems with which they interact. * Define test data strategy to replicate test scenarios. * Generate clear reports and promptly inform all stakeholders, and train users on QA-related tools. * Review functional documents, identify improvement opportunities, and assist in the creation and layout of integrated procedure manuals. **What requirements are we looking for?** *Most important:* * QA Analyst with at least 4 years of experience. * Experience in requirements analysis and test case design. * Experience in software certification processes with delivery to clients. * Advanced knowledge in testing **REST** and **SOAP** services, specifically using **Postman** and **SoapUI** applications. * Knowledge and/or experience with test management systems (**TestLink**, **Jira** or others) and issue and incident tracking tools (**Mantis**, **Bugzilla** or others). * Intermediate proficiency in **SQL** **Server.** *Desirable:* * International standard knowledge: ISTQB Foundation Level 2018. * Implementation of Agile testing strategies. * Integration of automated testing into DevOps processes. * Development of performance testing. * Participation in SCRUM teams. * Use of Test Managers.
