The role will play a key part in controlling and ensuring proper execution of installation specialties, guaranteeing technical compliance, construction sequencing, and interdisciplinary coordination. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and control sanitary, electrical, fire protection (PCI), and low-voltage installations for the project. * Directly supervise on-site progress and correct execution by contractors for each specialty. * Verify compliance with construction sequences and technical standards defined for the project. * Support planning, scheduling, and review of contracts related to installations. * Maintain order, traceability, and effective coordination among the various involved specialties. **Experience:** * 3–5 years of experience in installations for building construction projects. * Proven experience in on-site execution control. * Knowledge and proficiency in sanitary, electrical, fire protection (PCI), HVAC, and low-voltage installations. * Experience in planning and coordinating specialty contracts. **Requirements:** Civil Constructor or related degree. 3–5 years of experience in installations for building construction projects.
