Lead the technical design of solutions proposed by internal clients. Engage with stakeholders to gather and effectively manage requirements. Deliver high-quality technical product development, generating scalable, maintainable, high-performance, and secure solutions. 3. Collaborate to identify technical improvement opportunities. Contribute to continuous improvement and software updates, avoiding discontinued, fragile, deprecated, or obsolete products. 4. Analyze, propose, and implement production issue resolutions based on industry best practices. Support continuous improvement and ongoing assistance for products built by cross-functional teams, as well as rapid response to potential production failures. 5. Manage support tickets to address incidents and requests in production environments. Prioritize and manage critical tickets, ensuring optimal response times. Analyze recurring issues and propose preventive improvements. Act as a liaison between functional and technical areas to guarantee effective solutions.
