Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Leader to propose and implement technical solutions, mentor developers, and ensure product quality and scalability at Falabella. Key Highlights: 1. Serve as a technical mentor and reference for the development team. **Job Description** ---------------------- Propose necessary technical implementations for User Stories (US), acting as a technical mentor for developers. 1. Lead the technical design of US proposed by the squad. With the aim of contributing to a technical context for the squad, minimizing uncertainty, clarifying tasks and objectives, identifying optimal solution alternatives, and enhancing team efficiency. 2. Design solutions and apply established best practices and design patterns at Falabella (Tech Rules). With the objective of delivering technically high-quality, scalable, maintainable, high-performance, and secure products. 3. Collaborate to identify improvement opportunities and technical debt, incorporating them into the backlog. To support continuous improvement and software updates, avoiding discontinued, fragile, deprecated, or obsolete products. 4. Join a group of technical references and mentors within the squad. With the aim of fostering a team with balanced technical knowledge, and encouraging freedom and confidence among members to raise questions with the TL, thereby promoting best practices within the team. 5. Research and adopt emerging technologies. To provide broad technical judgment when proposing optimal solutions to squad challenges. 6. Analyze, propose, and implement production issue resolutions based on best practices. To support continuous improvement and ongoing support for products built by squads, as well as enable rapid response to potential production failures. 7. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Degree in Computing, or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering. * Preferred: Courses or bootcamps in Back End development. * Experience with Java (Spring Boot), TypeScript. * Experience with NodeJS (Nest, Express). * Experience with Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, Firebase (SQL, PL/SQL, NoSQL). * Experience with Cloud platforms: GCP (ideally), Azure, AWS. * Preferred knowledge of iOS/Android.
