This job is originally from Get on Board. ### **Responsibilities** Some examples of the work you'll be doing: * Communicate daily with product teams to understand their needs and, together with developers, propose solutions. * Work closely with the *tech lead* to define how to build projects. * Help define, build, and document internal APIs that allow teams to develop solid and scalable solutions. * Test built features before release to ensure result quality. * Ensure consistency, clarity, and organization within the team's work. * Prepare monthly summaries of the team's achievements to communicate progress and updates to the rest of the company. * Coordinate and prioritize developer tasks, considering product requirements. * Investigate what happens behind the scenes when software is used, to define how to separate functions within a service-oriented architecture. ### **About You** We're looking for someone curious, who enjoys understanding how things work under the hood and questions the *status quo*, proposing alternatives. You must be willing to get involved and dive into details to fully understand things. We seek an organized individual—someone capable of organizing themselves and others—and who excels at communication. Organization and communication are key to creating a productive environment for developers. You’re a good candidate if you enjoy having one foot in technical aspects and the other in product. You must thoroughly understand product use cases to discuss technical solutions, and grasp technical concepts to identify the best solution for each use case. It’s ideal if you have some software development experience, studied a related field, or worked in a role close to development at a software company. We’re looking for someone new to the software world, with no more than 3 years of professional experience. If you hold a university degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics, your profile is more likely to match our needs.
